A WELL-CARVED SPINACH-GREEN JADE CENSER AND COVER
18TH CENTURY
The compressed body of the censer raised on a short spreading foot, carved in shallow relief with taotie masks separated by vertical bands of ruyi, the sides with stylised dragon handles suspending loose-rings, the pierced domed cover similarly decorated and with a coiled dragon finial, the attractive stone of mottled spinach-green colour
