A LARGE GEORGE III SILVER NUTMEG GRATER
MARK OF IH, PROBABLY FOR JAMES HYDE, LONDON, 1787
Plain cylindrical with bayonet fitting to cover which is fixed to the tubular steel grater, engraved at either end with a large crest of Waller, the body initialled IWW, fully marked around side except for maker's mark, the maker's mark and lion passant struck inside cover and base
