Later-chased; also a Geroge II Newcastle silver tankard, later adapted for use as a jug, with cancelled marks and bearing modern additions marks from the London Assay Office, scroll handle with contemporary initials T over TA and still bearing maker's mark of Isaac Cookson, c. 1752
The salver 9 3/8 in. (23.9 cm.) diameter, the jug 6 3/8 in. (16. cm.) high
