A FINELY PAINTED ENAMEL BOWL, YONGZHENG/QIANLONG (1723/95)
painted with dragons chasing around the interior of the bowl amongst scrolling clouds, the central well with a bat in flight amongst fruiting gourd and peach, the exterior with flowering chrysanthemum, peony and prunus issuing from the rim and above a band of stylised stiff petal motif, pink enamelled mark to base -- 5¼in. (14cm.) wide.
