APPARENTLY UNMARKED, FIRST HALF 19TH CENTURY
The baluster handle with foliage mounts, the white hardstone matrix cut with the crest within the Order of the Bath and with earl's coronet above
2¾ in. (7 cm.) long
The crest is that of Lambton, for John, 1st Earl of Durham G.C.B. (1792-1840), Ambassador to the Russian Imperial Court 1835-1837.
