Shaped triangular suspension hook, chased with a lady strumming a lute framed with musical instruments, putto and scrolling foliage against sablé ground, faced with five quatrefoil-linked chains suspending two flower-chased thimble cases with clam shell embossed borders and similarly decorated hinged nécessaire chased with throned Aphrodite on front and Apollo on reverse, containing flower-chased hinged blade, spoon, toothpick, ivory tablet, pencil holder, bodkin and scissors, pinchbeck pushpiece
