The centre painted with a bouquet and flower-sprays, the border with three river landscape vignettes with buildings including dilapidated towers, a bridge and a mill, within moulded scroll cartouches divided by three Sulkowski ozier-moulded panels, the moulded hexafoil rim edged with a brown line (enamels of bouquet with minute scratches, slight wear to brown line rim)
