Provenance: 1852 - G.B. Oldfield May 15th 1852 (inscription on wrapper; faint stamp on title). 1860 - Henry Wagner (inscription on wrapper). Fifth, tenth, twelfth and thirteenth editions.
The 1860 edition contains a blue advertisement slip for "Cricketing Postures ... carefully drawn under the superintendence of the most celebrated cricketers". Padwick 1086. (4)
