A Porcelain Covered Drinking Mug
by the Gardner Factory, Moscow, circa 1780
Of cylindrical form, formed as a Turkish woman's head, wearing a multi-coloured patterned turban with relief blue jewel and pearl decoration and pearl beading, the cover painted as the top of the turban with dark pink rose finial, marked under base with blue underglaze 'G'
