MARK OF A.B (CYRILLIC), "88" STANDARD, ST.PETERSBURG, CIRCA 1890
Decorated in red, white, black & two shades of blue with geometric decoration, Cyrillic lettering and bands of stylised women and birds, a cloth draped in front & raised on stepped, graduated feet, the back of the chair in form of a stylised crown with rooster in centre, the reverse of the chair-back gilded & engraved with zig-zag bands
