Centering upon a gold brickwork and French-cut sapphire 'shutter' case, with circular-cut diamond detail, opening to reveal a watch, with mechanical movement, the square white dial with black Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock, within a polished gold bezel, to the gold brickwork bracelet, circa 1940, 6¾ ins.
