The sugar-caster of baluster form with pierced domed cover and spreading foot, painted in blue, ochre and black with panels of diaper and stylised foliage, the lower part with crowned MB monogram altermating with mask and ring emblem, the desk-set painted with stylised foliage and with pewter apertures, the covers with dolphin finials
