Lot Essay

A larger (33 cm.) green jade gu-form vase of similar shape, although with only two handles suspending loose rings, is in the collection of the Palace Museum, Beijing, illustrated in Zhongguo Yuqi Quanji - 6 - Qing, Hebei Meishu Chubanshe, 1991, no. 149.
