engraving, circa 1590, watermark Fleur-de-Lys in Shield with Crown (cf. Briquet 7210, dated 1585), a fine impression of the second state (of three), on a square sheet, with margins, pale overall foxing, a few touches of graphite along the platemark, otherwise in very good condition
