Le Porte del Dolo (B. 6)
etching, circa 1740, watermark Triple Crescent (Br. 9 in the revised 2nd edition) identical to those found in Anton Maria Zanetti the Elder's contemporary album in Berlin, an exceptionally fine and luminous impression, the second state of three (the first state exists only in a unique proof), with wide margins, gilt edges left and right and below and a stitching mark at left, some small scattered foxmarks in the margins, with the original vertical drying crease, generally in very good condition
