Black ink on paper heightened with gold, the composition of the larger panel with a thuluth and kufic inscription mirrored both horizontally and vertically, within gold, blue and black rules, the smaller panel with the shahada written in an almond-shaped composition, over gold illuminated ground, within gold, blue and black illuminated borders and laid down on card, minor creases, folding marks
