An example of this model was displayed on the Royal Berlin Manufactory's stand in L'Exposition Universelle de 1889, Paris. The flower painting on the sides is likely the work of Franz Aulich (Silesian, b. 1852), recorded as a flower painter at Berlin circa 1888.
