A GILT-METAL MOUNTED GERMAN PORCELAIN CANE HANDLE
Circa 1765, probably Ludwigsburg or Fürstenburg
Modeled as the torso of a woman wearing a mob cap, fur fichu and muff, set into an L-shaped gilt-metal mount chased with foliate scrolls and acanthus on a seeded ground extending in a tail to form the handle and cane mount
