Of typical form with long rectangular section, pronounced rounded ends, one end with barrel-shaped inkwell with hinged lid, decorated to ends and to sides of inkwell with engraved flowers with remains of gilding, tugra mark to base, makers mark Amal Vehbi - 9 1/2in (24.2cm) long
