Bardin, No. 4 Hind Court Fleet Street, made up of twelve handcoloured gores and two polar calottes, engraved brass meridian ring, brass pointers to the polars (hour rings lacking), handcoloured paper horizon laid down on an oak horizon ring, on four turned baluster stained beech supports joined by cross stretchers with brass meridian support

William Bardin (fl. 1783-98), first started globe publishing in the 1780s and 1790s, publishing a number of globes with Gabriel Wright (1740-83), mostly 9 to 12 inch diameters.
