Heart-shaped, enameled in translucent salmon-pink over a sunburst guilloché ground, centering a moonstone encircled by a laurel wreath and pierced by a diamond-set arrow, beneath two diamond-set flowerheads, all within a leaf-chased border, with suspension loop, in a fitted red leather Wartski box, marked on reverse, edge, and suspension loop
