A Silver-Gilt and Cloisonné Enamel Vodka Set
Mark of Ivan Saltykov, Moscow, 1887
Comprising a flask, six cups, and a tray; the flask of baluster form on domed foot with waisted and knopped neck and tapering conical stopper with spherical finial, the cups goblet-form on spreading circular feet with rooster-form handles, the tray lobed hexafoil with reserves for flask and cups, enameled throughout with stylized flowers and scrolling foliage in red, green, blue and white, between blue pellet borders, marked under bases and on stopper, also with Soviet control marks
The flask and stopper 9 in. (22.9 cm.) high, the tray 9¾ in. (24.8 cm.) diameter (8)
