Inlaid overall with boxwood lines, the rounded rectangular quarter-veneered top with re-entrant corners, crossbanded overall and with walnut sides, above a frieze drawer and six short graduated drawers around a central kneehole, the door inlaid with a classical niche and enclosing a shelf, on ogee bracket feet, restorations, the feet and drawer surrounds reveneered
