CIRCA 1745, BLUE CROSSED SWORD MARKS AND GILDER'S H. TO SAUCER
Of quatrefoil section, painted with panels of figures after Watteau in idyllic landscapes between yellow ground panels reserved with sprays of deutsche Blumen divided by broad bands of gilt scrolls and scale-pattern, the cup with a gilt lyre-shaped handle (restoration to handle, slight flake to green leaf on cup, very slight wear) (2)
