cover 10pa. brown (defect at foot), 20pa. blue and 35pa. green (all perf. 9½x12), affixed to 1870 (27 Jan.) double rate entire letter registered to Grocka (31.1 arrival backstamp) and tied by two strikes of framed "NAPLACENO" h.s. in blue, matching "PREPORUCENO" alongside together with despatch c.d.s.; the adhesives appear to have been lifted and replaced, however a rare and possibly unique franking.
