cover 1875 (4 Sept.) entire letter written at Smederevo and addressed to Sarajevo, posted in Belgrade and bearing Prince Milan 1869-70 first printing 25pa. rose-carmine (perf. 9½) tied by "BEOGRAD" c.d.s. (5.9), framed "P.D." adjacent and additionally bearing Turkish "Duloz" type 1pi. yellow and 20pa. green, neatly tied by double-circular seal of Bosna, reverse showing Brod and Semlin transit c.d.s. A magnificent exhibition item of the highest calibre and one of only a couple of similar combinations recorded. Illustrated by Rasic on page 104 of his handbook. Photo
