Lot Essay

Penrhyndeudraeth is a small town on a headland between the River Dwyryd and the River Glaslyn in North Wales. It is not far from where Piper regularly stayed in Nant Ffrancon and Llyn Ogwen, Snowdonia, from the late 1940s to the late 1950s.
