Rectangular, with shaped crest, the outer cover enamelled with crosses, stylized flowers and foliate scrolls in blue, turquoise, green, white and red within twisted ropework borders; opening to reveal a central panel depicting the Mother of God and Christ Child, within a border enamelled with varicolor stylized flowerheads and geometric motifs at the corners; flanked by Mary Magdalene to the left and John the Baptist to the right; the crest centring a cross surrounded by stylized scrolling foliage in red, white, blue and green, with suspension loop, marked on lower edge
