used "Basel Dove" 2½rp. black, blue and carmine, lovely fresh colour and very good embossing, good to clear margins all round except lower right corner barely touched (certificate states "normal to wide margins all round"), slight staining on reverse, tiny corner crease at top right and short light horizontal crease, lightly cancelled in red.
