Of deep Cardinal's hat form, the sloping broad rim cut with a semi-circular exclusion and with a circular depression for soap, inscribed Quarter.Day Pray Gentlemen Pay. 1716 flanked by a flourish and hatch ornament, the centre with a comb, scissors, brush and razor, within concentric circular bands, the border pierced at the top
