A BRISLINGTON DELFT POLYCHROME SHALLOW FLUTED BOWL
CIRCA 1675-1690
Painted in two tones of blue, ochre and manganese and outline in manganese, the centre with a seated Oriental among rockwork and grasses with a seated and standing Oriental, the border similarly decorated with two Orientals, one before a fence, flanked by rockwork and manganese grasses within a blue band rim
11 7/8 in. (30.3 cm.) diam.
