(Occasional light marginal soiling and a few scattered spots.) Contemporary half sheep by G. Simms of Manchester, with label, edges gilt (extremities rubbed). Provenance: I. J. Carrick (signature) -- George Jameson (armorial stamp, date 1913 in manuscript). FIRST EDITION. WorldCat records an apparently more common issue published in London by Orr in the same year.
