PROBABLY GENOA, CIRCA 1780
Each with two-tone gilding, with rounded square back, downscrolled arms and seatrail carved with a wave pattern, the backs and seats covered in white muslin with beige and green silk passmenterie trim, on tapering legs ending in leafy feet, backs not gilt but covered with a wash (4)
