SCREAMING EAGLE FROM A TOP COLLECTION
Screaming Eagle is among Napa Valley's smallest wineries at just under 60 acres. The wine made from a tiny patch of vines in a small stone winery in Oakville has captured the hearts and attention of wine collectors across the globe. Available only to members and with the waiting list now closed, the elusive, yet legendary Screaming Eagle reaches extraordinary prices based on its cult following and sharply-focused wines. The vines are Cabernet Sauvignon primarily, but Merlot and Cabernet Franc are blended in small amounts. The wine is aged in 65 new French oak barrels for almost two years and the scant production hovers around just 600 cases per year.

The following four lots were all purchased through the mailing list and stored in a private home cellar under temperature and humidity control and released from their chilly cave for this sale.
