A SET OF EIGHT SILVER-PLATED MEAT-DISH COVERS
APPARENTLY UNMARKED, 19TH CENTURY
Each domed oval and with foliate handle, engraved with the Spencer crest below an earl's coronet
One - 20 in. (51 cm.) wide; Two - 15¼ in. (38.5 cm.) wide; One - 14 in. (35.5 cm.) wide; Four - 11¼ in. (28.5 cm.) wide
The crest is probably that of Frederick, 4th Earl Spencer (1798-1857). (8)
