MARK OF ELKINGTON AND CO., LAST QUARTER 19TH CENTURY
Shaped circular, on four hoof feet, centre engraved with the Spencer crest below an earl's coronet
16 in. (40.6 cm.) diam.
The crest is that of John Poyntz, 5th Earl Spencer (1835-1910).
