oval, 1½ in. (38 mm.) high, set in a gold frame resembling a coin stamped with a portrait of Emperor Charles V, wearing the Order of the Golden Fleece, and inscribed around the edge, 'CAROLUS·V·ROM·IMP·FELICES·ET.IUMP·VC'
