THREE FRENCH PROVINCIAL SILVER WINE TASTERS
one with maitre-abonné's mark AE with star above and crescent below, circa 1760, another, maker's mark FB in vertical lozenge, Clermont-Ferrand, 1798-1809, the last with illegible maker's mark, circa 1890

The first with plain circular handle and engraved with DELEAUD, the second with coiled snake handle and engraved with AU TORRENT, the last with partly lobed and partly gadrooned body, and with ring handle applied with oval thumb-piece engraved with monogram -
the first 7.8cm. (3in.) diam. (80gr.), the second 9cm. (3½in.) diam. (153gr.), the last 8.6cm. (3in.) diam. (95gr.) (3)
