Lot Essay

The Karoshti inscription reads, rubea-putrasa budhavalasa sa 20 dhanea 1 1, which means "[Property] of Buddhavala, son of Rubea, sadera 20, dhanea 12." The name Rubea might also be read Rurea, the character is somehow in the middle of both outlines.
