AN UNUSUAL EMBELLISHED ZITAN-VENEERED FLOOR SCREEN
18TH/19TH CENTURY
With lacquered center panel set within the rectangular frame, and inlaid in jade or hardstone with 120 shou characters on one side and painted in gilt lacquer on the reverse with a scene of a pavilion set amidst a rocky landscape by the sea, all above a plain waist and shaped, beaded aprons flanked by standing spandrels set into the shoe feet
