Typed letter signed ('R. Scott') to Charles Seymour Wright, British Antarctic Expedition, 36 & 38 Victoria Street, London, 21 May 1910, asking him to send 'a short account of the work you propose to do' on the expedition's scientific staff, so that Scott can 'embody' it in a talk at the Royal Institution, 'I want just a popular account of the lines on which you propose to study ice work', concluding 'I think it a very good idea that you should be called the "Chemist" of the Expedition', one page, 4to, printed heading of B.A.E.
