EARLY MING DYNASTY, SECOND HALF 15TH CENTURY
Painted in inky-blue tones with two lush peony blooms growing from a curled branch bearing leaves and buds, surrounded on the well with a continuous wave band and lotus scroll below a classic scroll to the rim, the reverse with a further lotus scroll, the base unglazed, some repair
