Modelled as a contented Bacchus with curly brown and ochre hair, the cover forming the crown of his head, holding a flask with foliage and a bunch of grapes and a blue beaker with foliage, a trailing fruiting vine across his back and his right side, seated astride a blue and white barrel with a satyr-mask metal tap, on a shaped blue plinth base
