A virtually identical set of four columns was sold at Christie's, London, 29 April 2010, lot 223 (£46,850 with premium), while a set of four comparable cipollino marble columns were sold, 'Parisian Taste in London: A Private Collection and Furniture', Christie's, London, 10 September 2009, lot 413 (£20,000 with premium).
