CASE: fully engraved gorge case with Sèvres-style porcelain panels painted with scenes of courting couples DIAL: conforming painted porcelain dial with watermill scene to the centre, blued steel hands MOVEMENT: twin going barrels with bimetallic lever balance to large silvered platform escapement, strike/repeat on gong
8 5/8 in. (22 cm.) high, handle down; 5½ in. (14 cm.) wide; 4¾ in. (12 cm.) deep
