The rectangular top inset with a gilt-tooled black leather-lined writing surface, above two mille-raie-decorated frieze drawers and an arched kneehole flanked by two short drawers to one side and a further fitted drawer simulated as two to the other, on square tapering legs, adapted, the brass later, restorations to veneers to reverse
