With three-stage barrel with belled muzzle and signed 'LONDON' on the octagonal breech-section, engraved iron tang, border engraved rounded lock signed 'GOLDING', walnut three-quarter stock carved in low relief with a shell behind the barrel-tang, engraved brass mounts including trigger-guard with acorn finial and solid side-plate, border engraved oval brass escutcheon, and later brass-tipped ramrod, London proof marks, maker's mark of Daniel 1 Goff
