AN EARLY CORINTHIAN PIRIFORM ARYBALLOS
CIRCA 625 B.C.
The body decorated with an incised scale pattern, the alternate rows each filled with red and white dots, rays on the shoulder and around foot, concentric bands on the mouth, horizontal lines on the handle; and an Etrusco-Corinthian aryballos with two friezes of running hounds between horizontal bands, rays around the foot, circa 625-600 B.C.
