Gouache, gold, polychrome and lacquer on board, gold animals, both real and mythological, hunt and stand against a background of floral scrolls and arabesques, each side within a border of gold floral meander on black ground, each edge of now worn brown leather, doublures of plain or marbled paper, one side very worn and the decoration very faint, some flaking and losses
