After the Mamluk original, of ovoid form, with three applied suspension loops, with a large band of blue enamelled thuluth script outlined with red around the body over white, yellow, red and turquoise scrolls, a band of foliage in gilt outlined with red above and below, the underside with a beautiful interlocking motif in gilt over blue ground, intact, rubbing
